No. Once the website is built, it is yours. Our website development proposals only require 50% upfront & 50% upon completion; second half option to pay monthly.

You do! You retain ownership of all your original content, such as text, images, and videos, as well as the site builder, plugins, and design elements. 

TOMIS will maintain the Elementor Pro and ACF Pro plugins if you’re hosting with TOMIS. In the event you move off of TOMIS hosting, we can help transfer paid plugins and features to you with no interruption to your website frontend services.

For 30-days post launch of your new site, TOMIS can assist with content and images changes. New page creation and feature additions are not included. 

We offer a training demo post-launch so you can feel comfortable in the backend making content changes and new pages based on templates. 

If you’d like to retain ongoing website management, or would like the peace of mind of having a technical team behind you, we offer both ongoing monthly Website CRO services and hourly services.

This is highly dependent upon how large your current website site and which tier you’ve selected. 

If you’ve opted for the Basecamp Website (pure migration + hosting), it typically takes 2-4 weeks from project kickoff to website launch. You can expect to see a preview of the new site 1-2 weeks in from the time we receive all the necessary information, assets, and access.

If you’ve opted for the Summit Website (custom design and build + hosting), a project can take 3-6+months. The project timeline is highly dependent upon project goals, designs, added functionality and interactive features. Our Summit Websites will have many more touch points, a full project brief and strategy, and multiple review and revision phases.

The number of pages referenced in the website package tiers is for main site pages (i.e Homepage, Tour Listing page, Tour-specific pages, Contact, FAQ, About).

Blog post migration is included in all packages, and posts do not count against the 15 or 30 page caps on the first two tiers.
