What is included in the cost?
Your subscription to the TOMIS app includes all features. There are additional fees for the AI ChatBot. Our team will work with you to identify which chat feature is the best fit for your business, guide you through connecting your data sources, and help you get the most out of the TOMIS platform.
Are there upfront costs or additional fees?
We charge a one-time configuration fee for those who want the AI ChatBot to cover the upfront configuration costs. We also recommend every new customer goes through our digital foundation process which is a one-time setup to ensure that all of your marketing and sales data sources are set up to accurately track your conversion data (reservation system, Facebook Pixel, Google Analytics, and more).
Can I add agency services?
Absolutely! Our team is happy to work with you to create a custom marketing services package to support your business.
Do you offer a free trial?
We do not have a free trial option at this time. Please contact us though as we can discuss any and all questions in much more detail.
