“
TOMIS has given me more opportunities than I can count. Evan saw potential in me as I was just starting out in my marketing career and brought me onboard. I’ve grown from a novice marketing manger into a technical Senior Marketing Manager while at TOMIS. I’ve been able to grow into a management role, hone my marketing skills across all channels and have had a direct impact on a start-up’s business trajectory.
Ivy Duncan
Senior Marketing Manager“
As a past outdoor guide myself, it is rewarding to help small business owners strategically grow their own outdoor tourism business and build their dreams.
The flexibility of the marketing manager role and the TOMIS’ core values allow me to prioritize my work-life balance. When I am in the office, my internal and client communications typically revolve around shared interests like traveling, encouraging others to spend time outside, and continuously learning & growing.
Grateful to be a part of this healthy & encouraging team
Casey Hensley
Marketing Manager“
Austin Lords
Lead Developer“
I was approaching graduation and deep in the research phase of how, and with who, I wanted to start my career when I came across TOMIS’s website. I can’t tell you how intrigued I was by their culture, values, benefits, and products and services. Although they didn’t have any job offerings pertinent to my degree, I had a bizarre feeling that I had to work for this company, and applied anyway. Evan must have felt the fit was right too.. He connected with me on LinkedIn and told me he had a different idea for me, one other than what I had applied for. His efforts and my decision to join this company is simply the best decision I have ever made. TOMIS’s future is not only bright, my professional career is bright as well, in complete thanks to all that this company encompasses.
