Your role as a TOMIS ChatBot Designer will be an evolving one, empowering you to use the skills you have and challenging you to grow. As the primary point of contact for clients throughout the bot build process, you’ll be expected to balance internal and external stakeholders.

- Monitor AI ChatBot conversations for existing clients and make requested updates as needed
