As a Paid Advertising Manager, you will handle Paid Social Advertising and PPC campaigns across the Google Ads and Bing platforms. Your duties include strategic recommendations to TOMIS clients, campaign creation, implementation, optimization, analysis, and reporting. 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop, execute and support multiple strategic Google Ads campaigns, including – account set up, strategy development, optimizations, management – to achieve client goals
  • Collaboration with data science and software development teams to inform product development and data science analyses.
  • Provide SEM/PPC recommendations to TOMIS clients that increase traffic, lead generation, and conversation rates
  • Initial campaign setup including keyword development, ad copy creation, testing, bid/budget management

TOMIS is seeking a motivated and dedicated Customer Success Manager to join our growing team. TOMIS is a fast-growing tech startup based in Missoula and we expect the nature of the role to evolve over time. The goal, however, will remain the same – maximize retention and loyalty among our quickly growing customer base.

To achieve this goal, the TOMIS Customer Success Manager will be responsible for initiating and maintaining customer relationships that drive value throughout the customer lifecycle. Your job will evolve with the development of TOMIS, but responsibilities will include:

1) Onboarding

You will be responsible for onboarding new clients as we bring our SaaS application to market. This includes setting up the client’s TOMIS account and conducting onboarding and training calls. You will identify and record clients’ short-, mid-, and long-term goals in using TOMIS. Your primary objective during onboarding will be to help each client reach their “Aha!” moment as quickly as possible.

2) Success

Success is a proactive role that involves working closely with clients to help them achieve their goals by using TOMIS. You will encourage usage and adoption of the TOMIS software. You will hold regular strategy calls with clients where you use TOMIS to help them understand their business, identify opportunities, and create plans to grow their businesses (and track and report on progress along the way). Your primary objective will be to help clients derive maximum value from their investment in TOMIS – creating an evangelical customer base along the way.

3) Support

Support is a reactive role. Answer client questions and solve client problems by providing support through three main channels: phone, email, and chat. TOMIS will empower and encourage you to take full ownership of issues from start to finish, though successful resolution for some issues may involve working closely with the product development and business operations teams. Your goal will be to provide such quick, friendly, and helpful service that at least three customers invite you to their weddings.

4) Product

You will be the “Voice of the Customer” in our software development efforts. We are in search of an innovative Back End Developer who can wear many hats, will positively enhance our work culture, and is eager to realize their full potential. Our ideal candidate will have a both extensive experience as a developer as well as a genuine desire to learn.

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
Your role as TOMIS’ Back End Developer you will be both evolving and exciting. You will be working directly with the TOMIS front-end engineering team to plan and construct and maintain the TOMIS platform. This position will be an instrumental member of the development team with potential growth into a senior management position.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
• Cannot work remote. Candidate must be located in Missoula, MT
Minimum of 4 years of applicable experience
• Must work well and communicate effectively with a small team, using the Kanban approach to the Agile methodology
Ability to create and follow thorough documentation
Experience developing quality RESTful APIs
Must have a strong background in Python using the Django REST framework.
Experience with unit testing and test-driven development
Ability to effectively lead multiple projects at the same time and manage time and prioritized task management
Experience utilizing 3rd-party APIs, such as Google API, Mailchimp, Twitter, Instagram, or Facebook, etc

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS
Degree or certificate in relevant and/or combination of experience highly recommended.

DESIRED ADDITIONAL SKILLS
Machine learning / data mining experience
Experience using Atlassian products such as JIRA, BitBucket, and Confluence
Experience, understanding and/or passion for the outdoor activity / tourism industry
Django, Google APIs, Google Adwords and Analytics, Python3, Django Rest Framework
