There are many great things I could say about this company, but the #1 strength is the team. TOMIS has attracted a special group of driven and talented individuals who don’t only work hard, but they know how to have fun. My career journey at TOMIS has been one of significant growth. Coming on board as a Marketing Manager, I was able to move into the role of Senior Marketing Manager with a lot of guidance and support. The team structure is incredibly collaborative and supportive, and employees are recognized and valued as people first. The opportunity to contribute to the successes of a dynamic group of clients in an exciting industry is just the cherry on top!
