Glacier Highline is an aerial adventure park operator who also leverages lodging reservations. In the 2022 off season, we launched a first-time Google Ads lodging campaign. In the off season, there were over 20K impressions which led to a 12% click through rate.  There were 8 attributable conversions that led to $5K in revenue, a 270% ROAs. A nice ROAs to add to off season revenue. 

For the 2022 season, River Riders’ AI Chatbot brought in over $20K in additional online revenue. Of the 2,430 chatbot conversations, the 3rd most popular question was in regards to lodging. These are online reservations that might have otherwise been lost revenue. 

Email marketing has been an effective tactic for increasing the lodging side of Grizzly Hackle’s guided fly fishing outfit. Not only has building the customer base through lead generation been a great offseason approach, they saw a 24% increase in average booking value due to the increased exposure of their Fish & Stay packages early in the season. This is additional revenue that could have been lost.

Glacier Highline also leverages content marketing at TOMIS. Now that the zip lines are full we have shifted our focus to filling rooms. Through an E-E-A-T model and strategic SEO, lodging-specific blogs have seen 3K more impressions in SERPs. Leading to over 1K new visitors to the Lodging page and a 161% increase in page value.

The objective of the River Riders ChatBot was to streamline customer communications & eliminate repetitive time-sucking questions through email, phone calls, and social messages for common questions.
